When I told her my thoughts, she was completely dumbfounded. It was like it never dawned on her that SHE could be the reason why she was still single and unattached!
Now, don’t get me wrong, I have absolutely no problem with people living busy, fulfilling lives. In fact, keeping busy can be a great antidote to neediness and loneliness. However, like everything else in life, it has to be done in moderation. In other words, you can’t be so busy that you have no time left to date. If your schedule is so jam-packed every day and night, then a man can only wonder, “How will I ever fit into her super-busy life? She’ll have no time for me!”
So my advice to you busy ladies out there is to keep busy, but to set aside at least 1 or 2 nights each week for dating and/or engaging in social activities where you could potentially meet men such as attending Meetup events. That way, you can continue living an active, fulfilling life while also leaving room for a man to enter into it.
That’s why I’d like you to look at your typical weekly schedule and see whether you might inadvertently be giving men the impression that you’re too busy to date. If you find that you do set aside enough time each week for dating and meeting men, that’s great! But if not, then you might want to think about how you might tweak your schedule a bit so that a man could possibly fit into it.
